Special Guests

The Norfolk Lavender Festival marks the start of the month-long lavender harvest. Attracting both local crowds and day-trippers, the Festival provides an opportunity to explore and learn about lavender on working farms, as well as take part in hands-on activities, enjoy live music and experience the culinary side of this historic herb.

It began with Bonnieheath Estate Lavender and Winery in 2010 and was joined by Apple Hill Lavender in 2013. Inspired by other Lavender Festivals throughout North America, it is an event that brings our communities together in a weekend of entertainment and education.

Visitors can look forward to lavender cooking demos, farm tours, live music, distilling demos, craft workshops, wagon rides and more! There is a $6 entrance fee for the festival at Bonnieheath Estate Lavender and free admission at Apple Hill Lavender. Each farm has its very own unique history and attractions, so a visit to both will ensure that you don't miss out on any opportunities this weekend!

*Please note that Bonnieheath Estate Lavender and Winery cannot accommodate animals on their property.
